Kentucky Baptist Convention Executive Director Paul Chitwood gets an update via Skype on disaster relief work in Minot, North Dakota, from volunteer Karen Smith. More than 130 Southern Baptist volunteers in disaster relief units from 20 state conventions were deployed at the time of this recording to assist flood victims in the city. The Souris River, which snakes through a valley running through Minot, flooded on June 22 inundating more than 4,000 homes.
