2. To protect your privacy, please only use your first name and the initials of the person for whom you are requesting prayer. Please do not include specifics about the location of the request, such as name of a church or city. Remember these prayers are available for anyone to read.

3. Providing your email is optional. Your e-mail will be used only to contact you for verification if necessary, and will not be published with your prayer request. The Kentucky Baptist Convention does not share your email address with anyone.

4. We may edit your requests if they do not adhere to the above guidelines.

5. Requests will rotate off automatically after 30 days.
