Do everything a Sending Church would do (take primary responsibility for a church plant and help them be equipped and resourced for multiplication). 
Establish a process for discovering those with potential call to church planting. 
Establish a process for developing those expressing a call to planting.
Deploying church planting teams as often as God allows to impact lostness in Kentucky and beyond.
